What Ronin doesn't do for you
Send messages without operator approval
Every draft per candidate gets your sign-off (or the candidate's if you route it to them). Bulk-approve when the drafts are right; edit when they're not.
OAuth into the candidate's email
We won't ask a candidate to hand over their Gmail to a recruiter's tool. Outreach you approve sends through your firm's mailbox under your firm's signature unless they actively grant access.
Click Submit on the ATS for the candidate
Ronin records the application and tees up the materials, but the candidate clicks Submit. ATS terms of service don't recognize a third-party agent on their behalf.
