Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Ronin service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ronin.

2. Description of Service

Ronin is an AI-powered job search automation service. The Service performs job searches, prepares application materials, submits applications, and conducts outreach on your behalf using credentials and preferences you provide. You remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction where you seek employment to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate applications
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or the terms of service of connected platforms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
• Share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple individuals

5. Subscriptions, Trial, and Billing

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file.

You may cancel at any time after the trial; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to your registered email.

Failed payments will be retried per our payment processor's schedule. If recovery fails, your account moves to a suspended state and most automations pause until billing is updated.

6. Outreach and Communications Sent on Your Behalf

When you connect Gmail, Outlook, or another platform via OAuth, Ronin can draft messages and send them under your authorization. You retain full review and approval rights over every outbound message before send. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your account, for compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), and for honoring unsubscribe and recipient-preference signals.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." Ronin does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in employment. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all application materials before submission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed opportunities, reputational harm, or third-party platform account restrictions.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
